Pearl, the owner, welcomed me warmly right from the start. The Deluxe Double Room was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful touches like fresh milk and snacks. I loved the cozy atmosphere and comforting beds. Breakfast was freshly made to order every morning with a good vegetarian option. The location made it easy for me to stroll into the city center for shops and restaurants, just a short walk away. the heating took a bit to warm up upon my arrival, which made it slightly uncomfortable. Despite this, I would definitely consider staying here again.

i almost thought this place would deserve a good review, until i encountered the instant cappuccino instead of regular coffee, ugh. also, the heating took waaaay too long to work, which was such a terrible inconvenience. as if they couldn't offer even a small complimentary gesture for these issues. just unreal.

Charming atmosphere with cozy accommodations.
The lack of heating upon our arrival was quite bothersome, taking a full day to warm up the room. We also faced some street noise that made it difficult to sleep. our stay turned out less comfortable than anticipated.

We had a grand time staying there, thanks to Pearl’s warm welcome and the mighty tasty full Scottish breakfast. The location's perfect, just a stone’s throw from the city centre. Only downside was the shared kitchen could use a wee bit more cookware. a fab experience!

Here’s the good and the not-so-good
The location was superb, just a 5-minute walk from the city center, and Pearl was an incredibly friendly host who always went the extra mile.
Although the check-in was seamless, I missed having a cooked breakfast option.

Just had an amazing stay with friends! We visited the Caledonian Canal and took a trip to Loch Ness. Pearl was incredibly helpful, providing us with great alternative breakfast options since the cooked ones weren’t available. The place is only a short walk from town, making it super convenient!

Great choice for a quick trip in Inverness with reasonable value. Having off-street parking really made things convenient for my car. Bring some snacks since the self-catering option works best for late-night cravings.

The property was beautifully presented, and Pearl, the owner, made our family feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere and comfy beds helped everyone unwind, especially after exploring nearby attractions like the River Ness.
